Emergency Works
We have a maintenance team that is large enough and equipped enough for us to respond to the vast majority of emergency works ourselves. Leaks/floods and break-ins make up the majority of our emergency works so we have all the gear we need. We’ve got drones, camera drains, thermal imaging cameras, paddle pumps, dehumidifiers, air movers, ladders, towers, small nimble people, muscles – everything!
Larger Projects
We have multiple teams within the construction side of the business and work on extensions, loft conversions, full renovations, permitted development conversions, build to rent projects and new builds all year round.
We do renovations on the properties we manage as well as for clients’ own homes. We work with several architects and can offer a design and build solution with Cubo Design who work out of our offices. So speak to us about your renovation and send your plans over!
Every Day Issues
Our multi skilled team attend to all maintenance issues on the properties we manage including; decorating, plastering, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, heating, roofing, tiling, drainage, brickwork, pointing, handyman works and cleaning, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
We have specialist equipment for diagnosing faults and finding leaks and a large pool of experience to draw up. There’s not much we can’t do – so you’re in good hands.
It was an early decision by the company to bring maintenance in house – it’s such a significant part of the management service that outsourcing as most agents do, made no sense to us. We are in control of the quality, timing, branding and customer service this way.
The maintenance team is now a significant arm of the business, which is available to selected non-managed clients too.
